I ordered a kit last year in February and by Xmas it was over 3/4 finished. I have only just picked it up again due to an accident- realized I was short of 2 lots of thread to finish my project. I sent an email asking for the thread. Received an email to say it had been dispatched on the same day. What fantastic service and professionalism. I had two image of there dog and didn't know which to pick, so send them both and I could choose wich to take with no pressure to buy both.

This kit came with clear instructions and information to get help if needed.

The kit comes with every thing you need to complete it. And we'll worth every penny, I have seen and brought kit by other suppliers that dont supply anugh threds to complet the work and the quality are nothing to comper with this

I also sent a picture in to get converted over into a chart. Anna asks you questions before she sends a preview. If you don’t like it you communicate what it is and she changes it immediately. I love that. For me one of the best purchases. I even saw a chart I liked but I didn’t like the count she changed it immediately and it was posted onto the website in a matter of minutes. Amazing.
